• There is no guarantee or warranty available on any product, as we deal in generic wholesale products.
• Product colors, sizes, and designs will be provided strictly as per stock availability.
• All product videos and photos shown on the website are for reference purposes only. Mozabee Enterprise checks the quality of products before dispatch; therefore, we are not responsible for any damage caused during transportation.

Strictly no return, no refund, no replacement is allowed, except under specific verified conditions.

• For local buyers: Please check your goods thoroughly at the time of purchase or delivery. Mozabee Enterprise will not accept any return or replacement claims later.
• For out-of-Surat customers: The minimum order amount for out-of-Surat customers is ₹2,000.
• Mandatory 360° unboxing video: When receiving a parcel, a complete, uncut 360-degree unboxing video is strictly mandatory. If the unboxing video is not provided, any missing item or transit damage claim will not be accepted.
• Refund deductions: If a refund is approved for a packed or shipped parcel, labor and packing charges along with applicable shipping fees will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

• If you do not place any order with Mozabee Enterprise within 45 days, your account will be temporarily deactivated.
• To reactivate your account, you must contact our office directly.
• Customers are not allowed to cancel more than 3 orders within a one-month period.

• You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose and must comply with all applicable local and national laws.
• Mozabee Enterprise reserves the right to modify or terminate the services for any reason, without notice, at any time.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
